The API requires no input, and returns dummy user data in JSON.
Population of test databases. Testing of registration forms. Validation of user verification processes in QA platforms.
Beside the number of API calls per month allowed, there are no other limitations.
There are different plans suits everyone including a free trial for small amount of requests, but it’s rate is limit to prevent abuse of the service.
The API uses API keys for authentication. To access the API, include your API key in the request header. The API key is provided upon registration and should be kept secure.
The API returns detailed information about the age and history of a domain, including years, months and days since its creation, as well as expiration and update dates.
The Generate Identity endpoint returns a comprehensive set of fictitious user or company data, including personal details like name, date of birth, and address, as well as business information such as company name, department, and position.
Key fields in the response include firstName, lastName, emailAddress, phoneNumber, dateOfBirth, sex, company, department, address (with street, city, state, zipCode, country), and creditCard (with cardNumber, expirationDate, cvv).
The response data is structured in JSON format, with personal and business information organized into key-value pairs, making it easy to parse and utilize in applications.
The endpoint provides personal information (name, date of birth, address), contact details (phone number, email), and business profiles (company name, department, position), along with randomly generated credit card data.
Currently, the Generate Identity endpoint does not accept parameters for customization; it generates a complete profile with predefined fields each time a request is made.
The data generated by the Virtual ID Generator API is entirely fictitious and created algorithmically, ensuring that it does not correspond to real individuals or businesses, thus maintaining privacy and security.
Typical use cases include populating test databases, simulating user registrations, validating form submissions, and conducting performance testing in development environments.
Users can integrate the returned data into their testing frameworks to simulate real-world scenarios, ensuring that applications handle various user profiles and data formats accurately during development and QA processes.
To obtain your API key, you first need to sign in to your account and subscribe to the API you want to use. Once subscribed, go to your Profile, open the Subscription section, and select the specific API. Your API key will be available there and can be used to authenticate your requests.
You can’t switch APIs during the free trial. If you subscribe to a different API, your trial will end and the new subscription will start as a paid plan.

The free trial ends when you reach 50 API requests or after 7 days, whichever comes first.
